If your employer fails to recognize any of our certifications, we will issue you a full refund.

Can my certification be used in the future?

All certifications can be bought now and saved for future use.

How long are your certifications valid for?

All provider cards are valid for 2 years after the date certification awarded.

My certification has been expired for a while; can I still receive my recertification through you?

Yes, we can recertify you regardless of the time that has lapsed since your last certification.

Are your certifications recognized worldwide?

The CME-Accredited Certification offers a digital provider card and CME credits, ensuring you receive official recognition for your continuing medical education while meeting professional development requirements.

How do I upgrade to CME-Accredited Certification?

You can upgrade to CME-Accredited Certification at any time by purchasing the upgrade. After payment, you’ll only need to take and pass the certification exam—you will not need to retake the entire course. Once you pass, you’ll receive instant access to your CME-Accredited Certification.

My previous certification expired. Which course do I need?

Regardless of when your last certification expired, you can sign up for a recertification course, instead of an initial certification course.

Will I earn the certification through this course?

Upon successful completion of your exam(s), you will receive an instant digital certificate. For ACLS, PALS, and BLS, you will be provided with a link and instructions to CME University’s website, where you can download your CME Certificate. If you choose to receive a printed card, you will be mailed a hard copy certification card that you should receive in the mail within 5-7 business days. All certification cards are endorsed by Advance Medical Certification. All of our courses are designed by Board Certified Physicians and adhere to the latest ILCOR Standards and Guidelines and are Joint Commission (JCAHO) compliant. Is CPR for Infants, Children or Adults?

Our CPR certification covers infant, child and adult CPR.

What is the difference between CPR and BLS courses?

Our CPR, AED and FIRST AID is a 3-in-1 course offered for the general public. The BLS is the advanced CPR course designed for healthcare providers.
