Are you AHA (American Heart Association), ACS (American College of Surgeons), AAP (American Association of Pediatrics) certified?No, the AHA, ACS, AAP do not endorse nor are they affiliated with ANY fully online certification program.

Do you require a skills test?All of our exams are completely web-based. We do not require an onsite clinical skills check. We have recently added our new Clinical Skills Video Series that is accessible within your account. These Clinical Skills videos demonstrate in detail the correct procedures that would be covered at the onsite clinical skills check. In addition to the course materials, we offer live skills training webinars with one of our medical educators. Also, we offer live Q/A sessions on a weekly basis. Do you provide a skills checklist with your Courses?Yes, we provide a skills checklist to download for ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CPR. You can access the skills checklist(s) in the Downloads section of your account.
Do I have a time limit to finish my exam?No. Our programs are designed to be taken at your own pace. We are considerate of health care professional's busy schedules. Should you begin the exam and find yourself unable to finish it in one sitting, you can save your progress and you may pick up where you left off.
How many questions are there on the exam?The total number of questions varies on the program.
What happens if I don't pass the exam?Our certification programs include unlimited retakes of certification exams. Every attempt, you receive a new set of questions.
How long is my account active?Your account will always remain active.
Do your programs ensure those certified are proficient in performing these skills?Our programs are educational programs that test upon the concepts and basic skills of advanced cardiovascular life support, pediatric advanced life support and basic life support. Program completion does not ensure that an individual has the competence to perform these skills. It is the responsibility of each hospital or practice to determine the level of competence and qualifications required for someone to assume clinical responsibilities for these.
Can RNs take your programs?Yes, our program was formed by a team of physicians, pharmacists, and nurses to provide the highest standard of certification for all health care professionals and would-be professionals.
Are your certifications accepted nationally?Yes. We have certified thousands of people whose employers have been very satisfied with our increased standards. We are proud to say that we have over a 98% acceptance rate nationally. Regardless, we suggest you consult your employer regarding our certification to avoid any possible inconvenience on your part.
My certification has been expired for a while; can I still receive my recertification through you?Yes, we can recertify you regardless of the time that has lapsed since your last certification.
How long are your certifications valid for?All provider cards are valid for 2 years after the date certification awarded.
Can I use my certification later?All certifications can be purchased/redeemed now and used later.
Will you mail me my provider card?Yes, provided you qualify for shipping and fill out the printed card request form in your account after passing your exam. You can use your digital provider card while waiting for your physical provider card that we will mail to you.
How long does it take for my provider card to arrive?If your order qualified for a printed card, US mailing addresses should receive a card in 5-7 business days.
If you have an International mailing address, please allow up to 3 weeks for your card to arrive, depending on your location.
